NOVA Concepts Limited is a company wholly owned by C. Elliott Whitlow II, and was officially started in 1987 in Adel, Iowa. 

But it's roots go much further back, to as early as 1976 when he just loved to take things apart to see how they worked, but didn't necessarily get them back together! But it really took of when in 1981 he first started fiddling with his Timex Sinclair 1000 and it's external 16K RAM pack.  And for those of you who remember that machine, it wasn't much in comparison to what we have now, but then, it was pretty close to cutting edge.  Thus the thirst for all things technology was born. 

Of course he moved on up to a TI-99/4A and later to an IBM PC compatible.  Those were exciting times, the PC was just starting to get really hot, and prices were starting to fall.

By 1987 he felt that he had learned enough to start to help others navigate the vast array of technological solutions available to small businesses and individuals.  By the mid 90's he had picked up an interest in database technology and networking.  He started off with MS-Access as many people did at the time, but graduated up to MS-SQL Version 6.0 and later 6.5, 7.0, 2000, and 2005. 

In 1999 we moved from the Central Iowa area to the Iowa Quad Cities area.  In 2005 he developed an interest in VOIP technology and started to wonder what the practical uses were. 

Along the way he picked up a few trusted developers who are each an expert in their field and work with him to provide the most reliable and innovative solutions possible.

This takes us up to the present day where the love of all things technology and the insatiable thirst for knowledge continues.
